Bambu Lab H2D

Connect a Bambu Lab H2D and verify its materials before printing.

Before starting, confirm the printer is on the site’s network and the agent is online.

At the printer

  1. Open the printer’s network settings and enable LAN Only Mode. Use the touchscreen settings. Follow Bambu Lab’s illustrated LAN-mode guide if your firmware shows different labels.
  2. Note the IP address and LAN access code displayed by the printer.
  3. Find the serial number in the device information or on its identification label. Copy it exactly.
  4. If the firmware offers Developer Mode, arrange its use with support for Pluraprint’s local connection. See firmware guidance.
  5. For camera snapshots, open Settings → General and enable LAN Mode Liveview. The wording may vary with firmware.

In Pluraprint

  1. Open Printers → Add Printer.
  2. Enter a recognizable name and choose the correct Site.
  3. Select Bambu Lab H2D from Production.
  4. Enter IP Address, Serial Number, and Access Code, then save.
  5. Confirm the printer reports its status and review Configure Materials.

The H2D has two extruders. Check each side separately: the material assignments must match the extruder and AMS connections on the physical printer. If automatic sync reports an unknown material, resolve it in Admin → Material Mapping. See Materials.

Run a small approved test job before adding more work. If the printer stays offline or a test will not start, use the connection checks.
