How it works
Pluraprint is software for running shared 3D printers. It sits between the people who need parts and the machines that make them, and takes care of the paperwork in the middle. Your slicer and your printers stay exactly as they are.
01Submit
Anyone can upload a sliced .3mf or .form file from their browser or a kiosk next to the printers. Pluraprint reads the print time, material and printer model straight from the file, so nobody types them in twice.
02Review
You write the rules once: every job needs a staff sign-off, anything over eight hours needs a lab manager, nobody prints ABS in the open studio. Reviewers see exactly what a job is still waiting on and approve it in one click.
03Print
Approved work waits in one shared queue. When a printer frees up, Pluraprint sends it the next job that fits: the right model, the right filament loaded, at the right site. If a machine runs out of filament or goes down for maintenance, it shows up here with a reason.
04Collect
Requesters follow their own jobs from any browser and get an email when a print finishes or fails. A failed print becomes a reprint with one click. Turn on pickup and finished parts get a shelf, a label, and a scan when they're collected.
Stations
Mount a tablet or a spare monitor in the lab. Walk-up users submit and identify with a card, a PIN, or a QR code on their phone. Staff pause, resume and clear printers without hunting for a laptop.

Pluraprint works with Bambu Lab P1S, H2S and H2D printers, and Formlabs Form 3 and Form 4 printers, including the B, L and BL variants. Different brands and models can share one queue. We add printers based on what customers run, so ask if yours isn't listed.
A slicer turns a model into instructions a printer can follow, and vendor software controls one printer at a time. Pluraprint handles everything around that: who asked for the print, whether it's approved, which printer gets it, and what happened afterward.
Getting started is three steps: create a site, install a small agent on the same network as your printers, and add the printers. Then set up who can print and who approves. Quotas, stations and pickup can come later, when you need them. How long it takes mostly depends on your IT process, not the software.
