General settings
Change organization-wide behavior from the admin dashboard.
Open Admin → Settings. Viewing requires General Settings: View; changing or resetting a value requires General Settings: Update.
Settings apply across the organization. Configure individual printers, sites, rules, and quotas on their own pages.
Finding a setting
Use Search, All sections, and Modified to narrow the list. Modified shows values changed from their defaults. Search and filters are included in the page address, so you can share the view with a colleague.
Linking to one setting
Use the link button beside a setting or section to copy a direct link. Opening it scrolls to and highlights that control. Links from pages such as Modules take you to the relevant section.
Changes take effect immediately
Saved settings reach open dashboards and station screens automatically. Reset to default returns a modified setting to the supplied default. Tell staff before changing settings that affect their workflow.
Job submission fields
Project tracking shows optional department and cost-center fields during preparation and the related analytics card. Turning it off hides those controls but preserves values already recorded on jobs.
Printer selection

With Match to material demand, Pluraprint looks at queued jobs and the jobs your fleet ran over the last two weeks. Printers that are the only ones carrying a material are kept free for jobs that need it. Printers carrying similar materials share work. A job waits for a better-suited printer only while that wait is shorter than the delay it would cause other jobs, and never waits for a printer that is offline, paused, or at another site. The job’s queue estimate shows when a job is waiting this way.
Prioritize reprints puts newly created reprints ahead of regular queued jobs, including normally prioritized jobs. Changing it does not reorder existing jobs.
Printer control
Stop prints not started by Pluraprint is off by default. When enabled, it can stop a print sent from the manufacturer’s app or started at the printer itself.
Stopping scraps the part. The setting only acts when Pluraprint can confirm that the print is unmanaged and the model supports remote stopping. It leaves uncertain jobs and printers marked down alone. Review unmanaged print behavior before enabling it.
Printer display
Loaded material indicators controls what management-station printer cards show:
- Colors: color dots; materials without a color show their type.
- Material types: labels such as PLA or PETG.
- Colors and types: both.
- Off: no material indicators on cards.
Repeated materials are summarized. Open printer details for the full slot list.
Data retention
Retention is off by default and deletes permanently. Read Data retention before enabling it.
Pickup handling
Pickup settings appear when the module is enabled. Follow Set up pickup to choose bin assignment, collection deadlines, and what missing prints mean.
