Phone identification at stations

Use your phone to identify yourself when a station displays a QR code.

When a station displays an identification QR code, scan it with your phone camera and sign in to your organization’s portal. If your organization uses the Pluraprint mobile app and has enabled app links, the same flow can open there.

Confirm you are using the correct portal. After the success message, return to the station to continue. Codes expire after five minutes and stop working when the station closes the identification dialog.

For administering printers, users, and policies, use the web dashboard. Contact your Pluraprint representative if your organization needs mobile app access.
